Rachel speaks at the Russian Academy of Sciences

On November 5, 2014 Rachel spoke at the annual conference, “Migration Bridges in Eurasia.”  Her presentation focused on the American immigration system in the context of the North American Free Trade Agreement, with suggestions for how Russia can avoid the mistakes inherent in the U.S. system.  The conference featured speakers from 26 countries and took place in both Moscow and Yerevan, Armenia.
