Attorney Rachel Wilson

Rachel Wilson has lived in Tucson for over twenty years, holding both a PhD and a law degree from the University of Arizona.  She has long advocated for the rights of immigrants while working for Justice for Janitors, Southern Arizona Legal Aid and the Asylum Program of Southern Arizona. As a public defender, she won a precedent-setting case protecting the rights of children.  She has lived abroad multiple times and is fluent in Spanish and Russian.

A Word About Fees

Most cases are charged a flat fee, with payment due up front.  However, if the case looks complicated, fees will be charged at an hourly rate, with a deposit due up front.

All USCIS fees are due at the beginning of representation.
